01 — Ownership
I own the outcome, not the tasks
I take a brief from ambiguity to launch and answer for the result—scope, sequence, quality and the date. The team executes; landing it is mine.
Abhishek Jagtap
MarTech & Digital Delivery Lead
I bring email, CMS, CRM, QA and automation together—turning complex briefs into aligned teams, confident decisions and reliable launches.
02 / WHAT I BRING AS A LEAD
Not another pair of hands—the judgement, structure and accountability that turn a mixed team and an unclear brief into a launch you can rely on.
01 — Ownership
I take a brief from ambiguity to launch and answer for the result—scope, sequence, quality and the date. The team executes; landing it is mine.
02 — People
Content, development, QA and stakeholders rarely pull the same way. I align them on one plan, match work to capability and keep everyone unblocked.
03 — Judgement
When time, capacity and expectations collide, I decide—reprioritise, reset timelines with evidence and escalate patterns before they become failures.
04 — Systems
I turn repeated friction into process, standards and tooling, so speed and quality survive handovers, absences and platform change—not tribal knowledge.
Leadership in action — the claims above, under pressure
Urgent request · Insufficient turnaround
Quality ownershipA completely new email layout was requested within approximately three hours.
Reset expectations, explain the build and testing requirement, and protect a realistic QA window.
Expectation management · SLA governance · Delivery accountability
Multiple workstreams · Limited capacity
PrioritizationCMS and email deliverables competed for the same limited team capacity.
Map dependencies, identify business-critical work and propose a transparent revised sequence.
Capacity planning · Stakeholder alignment · Delivery visibility
Late assets · Fixed deadline
Risk managementCampaign inputs arrived late while the original launch date remained unchanged.
Document the dependency, show its schedule impact and escalate repeated patterns with evidence.
Team protection · Evidence-based escalation · Operational discipline
THE ROLE I’M LOOKING FOR
Digital delivery lead · MarTech / email operations lead · CRM campaign delivery lead · CMS delivery leadership · Delivery management
03 / CAPABILITY MAP
Not a list of software. A connected set of capabilities I use to understand the work, guide execution and protect quality.
Responsive HTML, Outlook compatibility, Arabic/RTL, personalization and cross-client quality assurance.
Multi-market content operations, multilingual rollout, publishing governance and launch readiness.
Campaign execution, template alignment, personalization validation and operational transition support.
Planning, estimation, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, risk management and launch coordination.
Rendering, functionality, content, localization, metadata and tracking validation across platforms.
AI-assisted tools, browser utilities and reusable workflows that remove repetitive operational effort.
04 / SELECTED WORK
Understand the system, make the work visible, align the people involved, and move it toward launch.
Content · Translation · CMS · QA · Stakeholders
CMS DELIVERY / MULTILINGUAL
Created a structured discovery and rollout plan for a new multilingual platform, coordinating English and Arabic delivery through launch readiness.
Templates · Tokens · Processes · QA · Continuity
MARTECH OPERATIONS / MIGRATION
Helped align email-development and campaign-delivery requirements during a transition from SAP Marketing Cloud to Microsoft Dynamics Journeys.
Responsive · Multilingual · Cross-client QA
EMAIL OPERATIONS / ENTERPRISE
Led reliable enterprise email production across English and Arabic, balancing feasibility, capacity, compatibility, quality and stakeholder expectations.
Browser extensions · CMS workflow utilities
AUTOMATION / CMS OPERATIONS
Browser extensions and small utilities that strip repetitive steps out of everyday AEM content operations—URL conversion, path shortcuts and QA helpers.
05 / THE OPERATING METHOD
Clarify the goal, audience, platform, constraints and success criteria.
Break work into stages, estimate effort and expose risks early.
Match task complexity with capability and establish review points.
Resolve dependencies and keep missing inputs visible.
Validate content, rendering, functionality, localization and tracking.
Coordinate approval, final QA and launch readiness.
Capture lessons and turn repeated friction into a better system.

07 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
What I’ve actually built, shipped and led.
All of it—which is why I can lead it. I write responsive HTML email that survives Outlook and Arabic/RTL, work directly in AEM, WordPress and Drupal, set up campaigns in SAP Marketing Cloud and Dynamics 365, and build my own automations when a workflow is too slow. I estimate accurately because I’ve done the work myself.
I don’t rely on people catching things at the end. I define the quality bar up front, then QA across rendering, functionality, localization, metadata and tracking—cross-client and cross-market. Where checks repeat, I automate them so volume doesn’t erode standards.
I build. Chrome extensions and AEM workflow utilities—URL conversion, path shortcuts, QA helpers—that strip repetitive steps out of daily content operations, plus AI-assisted tooling. Small things, but they compound across a team.
I don’t absorb it silently and hope. I show the impact with evidence—what’s at risk and what it costs—then put options on the table: cut scope, move the date, or add capacity. The call stays with the business, but it’s made with a clear picture instead of a surprise.
Most can manage a plan or do the technical work—I do both, across email, CMS, CRM, QA and automation. That range means fewer handoffs, sharper estimates and someone who can step into the detail when a launch is on the line.
08 / NEXT CONNECTION
I’m interested in MarTech operations, email operations, CRM campaign delivery, CMS leadership and multidisciplinary digital-delivery roles.
